Heroes begin with many of the original Heroes back in the same worlds that we left them in last year. We find Claire (Hayden Panettiere) hiding with her family in Southern California. Claire meets a boy named West (Nicholas D'Agosto) who also has the power of flight. Parkman (Greg Grunberg) has gone back to his domestic situation and Jessica/Niki (Ali Larter) and family are trying to rebuild after last season of Heroes conclusion.

 

Heroes season two finds everyone at the next starting point. The biggest change is for Hiro (Masi Oka) who is in feudal Japan where he runs into the oldest Hero with power so far Kensei (David Anders formerly from Alias) and a beautiful princess. One of the other new actors to join David Anders on Heroes in season 2 on a later episode is Kristen Bell who you have seen on Veronica Mars. She will play Elle, a mysterious character who has some connection with the Petrelli family.

 

In the last episode, Kindred, Maya (Maya Herrera) frees Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz) from a Mexican Jail. The blog ZettaGeek points out that the car they escape in looks like Claire’s and has her high school sticker on it. We will need to wait and see if this is just the film crew using the same car or does this mean that more is to come.

 

The action includes murders of the older generation of Heroes and Hiro preserving history by helping Kensei become a Hero in ancient Japan. We are waiting to see how a brother and sister become part of the story. What are your theories?
