Nicole Richie drives the wrong way onto a freeway. She is so wasted that she ends up all the way into the carpool lane which is hard enough to get into when you are sober and driving the correct way. The Los Angeles police find her parked where she fails the sobriety test and then tells the police that she has been smoking pot and taking Vicodin. Good thing Nicole Richie was in good enough condition to park the car!
